Joe is an
entrepreneur, merchant banker and
mergers & acquisitions specialist.
He co-founder of Mindscape (originally
The Software Toolworks), Joe was actively
involved in all aspects of building
a software and video game company
which achieved annual sales of more
than $140 million, became publicly
traded in 1988, and in 1993 was sold
for $460 million to Pearson PLC (a
U.K. conglomerate which owns Penguin
Books).
From 1994 through 1998 Joe consulted
with various companies including Pearson
PLC, Matra Hachette, and Universal
Press Syndicate. In addition Joe served
as a strategic advisor to several
high tech companies in matters of
business development, capital formation
and liquidity strategy. Consulting
with start-up companies FutureVision
and Palladium interactive he was involved
from the start-up phase to the ultimate
sale of each company for over $25
million. From 1994 through 1996 he
served as a strategic advisor to International
microcomputer Software, Inc. (NASDAQ
“IMSI”) during which time
the share price increased from $1.00
per share to over $17.00 per share.
Joe was a co-founding advisor and
merchant banker for eUniverse (Nasdaq
"EUNI" - currently one of
the world's 25 most popular websites,
according to Nielsen/Netratings) taking
the company public and advising in
M&A activity and strategic planning.
Over the last three years, he has
helped build eUniverse to a $170 million
market cap. Acting in a similar capacity
with Fluent, Joe has been involved
since the earliest stages of the Fluent's
growth and strategic planning and,
as one of the largest shareholders,
actively participates in ongoing capital
strategy, business development, and
liquidity strategy. |

Chesteer was responsible for assembling
the management team, Board of Directors
and Advisory Board. In addition to
capital raising and business development,
he is responsible for Fluent's product
strategy drawing on over a decade

designer. Chester is a Life Member
of the Stanford Business School Alumni
Association. The Stanford Business
School also awarded Chester for attending
the Executive Program for Growing
Companies in 2000. |

of Disney Interactive (Europe, Middle
East, Africa) and Senior VP of Disney
Interactive, Dominique brings over 13
years experience of senior level management
within the Interactive Entertainment
industry. Dominique played a key role
in launching the Disney Interactive
business across Europe, Asia and Latin
America, growing from a start-up business
in 1990 to a major business unit operating
50 countries, in 1999. Highlights from
his career at Disney include negotiating
first-party publishing deals with Sony,
Sega and Nintendo, setting up a network
of local distributors in every key country
outside the US, signing OEM deals with
companies such as IBM, Sega, Nintendo,
Hewlett-Packard and Lexmark, and extending
these deals to the USA. Mr. Bourse established
the strategic partnership between the
highly respected publisher Square Soft
and Disney Interactive to develop Disney's
2002 blockbuster Kingdom Hearts game,
which has sold more than 2.5 million
units worldwide. |

is the former chairman of Software Publishing
Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed publisher
of presentation graphics and desktop
publishing software. Barry also served
as CEO of Allegro New Media, for which
he completed a successful IPO in 1995. |

Jeff has over 30 years of extensive
accounting and financial experience
working for high-growth companies.
As a Price Waterhouse partner, Jeff
worked closely with clients and underwriters
on eight IPOs and another 20 security
offerings in which over $500 million
was raised from investors. |

Geoff has over 30 years of experience
in the multimedia business. Geoff,
whose illustrious career began in
the music industry, brings over two
decades of software industry expertise
to Fluent, ranging from international
software distribution to games development
and product marketing. During his
time as a publisher in the music industry,
Geoff worked with a string of celebrated
writers, notably former Beatles John
Lennon and Paul McCartney. Uniquely,
he received the Ivor Novello award,
the ultimate accolade in the UK music
industry, the first and only time
it was awarded to a publisher.
Moving from music to the then emerging
computer games industry, Geoff was
instrumental in helping Activision
establish a foothold as the UK's first
third-party publisher for the Atari
2600. In subsequent years, Geoff also
advised US companies such as Origin,
Maxis and Expert as they entered the
European marketplace. In 1988, he
established Mindscape International
and was instrumental in revamping
the Mindscape Group. In 1994, he was
a key member of the team that managed
the sale of the Mindscape Group to
Pearson for $460 million, setting
a new benchmark for an interactive
entertainment industry trade sale. |

As former
Vice President of Product Development
for Mattel Interactive/Mindscape,
Don was fully responsible for all
aspects of business unit management
including concept definition, product
design, software development and production,
and marketing management for the company's
most respected PC, Internet and game
console entertainment and educational
product lines.
Don managed the highly profitable
Chessmaster series (on the PC, Mac,
PlayStation and Nintendo Game Boy
platforms) from 1988 to 2000. Chessmaster
has been the leading product in its
category for over 12 years, with over
75% PC market share the last three
years. Over 4 million units have been
sold.
Overall he has been directly responsible
for over 80 titles grossing over $500
million in revenue. |

was the former CFO and COO of Palladium
Interactive with Ed Bernstein. He also
served as Controller, Vice President
of Finance and CFO of Activision, and
was a key contributor to the Company's
successful 1983 IPO. He has been instrumental
in several acquisitions of small to
