ClickRewards Online Newsletter

The delicate balance of user needs, client needs and business needs extended into ClickRewards’ email communication. The ClickRewards newsletter needed to accommodate dynamic, personalized information, such as account balance and merchant preferences, as well as present tiered marketing opportunities to it’s merchants. The newsletter also had to reflect the online brand established by the web site but, at the same time, be sensitive to the unique usability and readability needs of the HTML email environment.
